Mr. Faizal Kottikollon

Mr. Faizal E. Kottikollon is the distinguished founder and chairman of KEF Holdings, a multinational conglomerate renowned for its innovation and impact across a wide range of sectors. With a strong educational background in engineering and management, his professional journey began in the United States and evolved into a series of transformative ventures in India and the UAE.

In 1995, he founded Al Ahamadi General Trading in Ajman, and just two years later, established Emirates Techno Casting FZE (ETC) in Sharjah. ETC quickly rose to become a global leader in high-precision foundry manufacturing, especially for the oil and gas sector. In 2012, the strategic sale of ETC to Tyco International became a pivotal moment, allowing Mr. Faizal to refocus KEF Holdings on sectors such as infrastructure, investments, healthcare, and wellness.

Mr. Faizal’s vision has always gone beyond business. In 2007, he and his wife, Ms. Shabana, founded the Faizal and Shabana Foundation — a philanthropic initiative committed to enhancing education, delivering quality healthcare, and supporting humanitarian causes across the world.
