H.E. Khaled Issa Al Huraimel

Khaled Al Huraimel has been Group CEO of BEEAH Group since 2009, transforming it from a local waste management company into a regional sustainability and digital innovation powerhouse with operations in the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and beyond. Under his leadership, BEEAH has launched milestone initiatives in clean energy, zero-waste infrastructure, smart mobility, and environmental consulting.

He spearheaded the region’s first commercial-scale waste-to-energy plant in Sharjah, formed strategic partnerships with Masdar and Khazna Data Centers, and led the development of BEEAH’s AI-integrated, LEED Platinum-certified headquarters, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. These achievements aligned with national and regional sustainability agendas and helped position Sharjah as a leader in smart and green city development.

Al Huraimel has led the creation of multiple digital ventures such as re.life, EVOTEQ, and BEDU, each playing a role in transforming sectors from logistics and government services to Web3 and AI. He co-founded ION, a green mobility company in partnership with Crescent Enterprises, and is a long-time collaborator with Sheraa, supporting entrepreneurship across the UAE.

He is a board member of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste and a member of the UAE Circular Economy Council, contributing to national initiatives like Net Zero by 2050 and the Scale 360 initiative. Al Huraimel previously held leadership roles at ENOC, Nakheel, and Arabian Global Investments, and holds degrees from King Fahd University and the University of Bradford, along with executive training from Harvard and Wharton. He is also co-author of Reimagining Business with AI (Wiley, 2020).
