H.E. Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer

Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), where he oversees the operational execution of all projects and destinations.

He began his career at Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (Etisalat) in 2002, focusing on government and corporate segments. His work later led him to the Al Qasba Development Authority, where he played a key role in transforming Al Qasba into a major leisure and tourism destination.

In 2010, Ahmed was appointed Director of Property Management at Shurooq, and by 2011, he rose to the role of Chief Operating Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Dubai Men’s College and continues to contribute to Sharjah’s dynamic development landscape.
